Sealed-Kore™

Sealed-Kore™ offers excellent lamination properties where a lightweight and strong core is desired. Additionally, Sealed-Kore™ has the advantage of being thermal formable and exhibits strong retention properties for use with fasteners such as screw, rivets and bolts. Sealed-Kore™ is also dimensionally stable from
-50°F to 350°F.

Sealed-Kore™ is easy to work with and can be quickly shaped with a blade, saw or water-jet, depending on the board's thickness. Boards are stocked between 1/8" to 1" thick and can be laminated to any thickness above this range. Sealed-Kore™ is available in 6 to 24 pound densities, and can be scored, scrimmed, and perforated to order.

Poly-Kore™

Poly-Kore™ is a laminate comprised of Sealed-Kore™ sandwiched between variable layers of Polystrand™ resin impregnated fiberglass. Poly-Kore™ can be specifically manufactured to the strength and thickness of your project, and is also available with a paintable finish. Poly-Kore™ retains its thermal formable properties and can be molded into complex three dimensional shapes. Because oly-Kore™ utilitzes Sealed-Kore™, it provides the same retention properties for fastener applications.
